“While managing the diet of millions of patients over the course of ten years in hospitals, I observed that the root cause of most diseases in human life is often the lack of knowledge about proper diet. Many times, while watching people cry in hospitals, I often wondered why people get sick in the end.
To find the answer to this question, I conducted extensive studies and found in my studies that along with many other reasons, an imbalanced diet is a major factor in causing illness. For a human body to stay healthy, it requires different amounts of hundreds of micro and macro nutrients every day, and when the right combination of these nutrients is not provided to the body, people often fall ill.
I also found that most people have absolutely no knowledge of what, when, and how much to eat according to their bodies and routines to stay healthy. Due to the lack of correct knowledge of diet, many people often fall ill. I felt that if people's diet becomes correct, it can eliminate many diseases from this world and bring smiles to millions of faces. With this goal in mind, we have started working on the diet plan project.”
